BT event means longer queues

If you're planning on heading to Alton Towers this Saturday, be warned - it will be a lot busier than usual.
Telecommunications giant BT are hosting a private party at the park that day, with 7,000 guests expected to attend.
The theme park will still be open for regular visitors, but due to the extra number of guests, it is expected to be very busy. Anyone travelling to the park on Saturday may find that they have to wait a fair bit longer in queues for attractions.
The event is scheduled to be held between 12:00pm and 5:30pm.
