Lifetime Pass to Alton Towers up for grabs

In the News
Friday, 9th March 2007 By Dan Ketteringham

If you are the ultimate adrenaline junkie, then you could bag yourself a very special prize.

The park opens its doors for the 2007 season in little over a week's time, followed shortly after by the first Adrenaline Week of the year, running from Monday 19th to Friday 23rd March.

Now, Alton Towers have announced that they are giving away a Lifetime Pass to the park - which cannot at present be bought for any price - to the person who can ride Nemesis, Oblivion, Air and Rita the most during the event. No word yet on whether free sick bags will be available, though…

The park had already said that they will be running a "triple ride promise" over the course of the event - that is, every guest will be able to ride those four roller coasters at least three times in a day, and if not they will give you a ticket to come back another day for free.

It's a great time to visit the park as most of the attractions should be open, barring the Runaway Mine Train and the new attractions for 2007, Haunted Hollow and The Dung Heap.
