ALTON TOWERS NEEDS YOU!!!!

As we move into the 2007 season, Alton Towers is aiming to set up a "Customer Council": a brand new way of listening to what our guests are telling us. As well as providing us with an invaluable research tool, it could also be an excellent opportunity for you to spend some time with the Alton Towers management team, putting across your views and gaining a unique insight into our future plans. We're looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable and creative applicants, who also have an understanding of the realities of running a business. Naturally we will expect you to maintain complete confidentiality, and you will be asked to complete an agreement to this effect.

Interested? Here's what you need to do - send an e-mail to customer.council@alton-towers.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Age
  • Postal Address
  • And most importantly - why you feel you would be the perfect person to sit on this Council, in 100 words or less.
If selected, you would be expected to commit to attending three council meetings at Alton Towers over the course of 2007. In return you will get a fantastic chance to help shape the future of the UK's most famous theme park!

Closing date for all applications is Friday February 16th. If you have any questions, please forward these to the Customer Council e-mail address with "Question" in the subject box and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, we look forward to hearing from you!
