Want a behind-the-scenes tour?

Park News
Tuesday, 15th November 2005 By Dan Ketteringham

Alton Towers are considering offering an out of season 'Behind The Scenes' tour package.

If the idea becomes a reality, guests would be able to do things like climb lift hills, walk the Congo River Rapids channel and view the Rita hydraulics room, during the closed season.

The cost is not yet decided, but the park are thinking around the £50 mark (we assume that figure would be per person), which includes lunch.

Here's where you come in - Alton Towers want to know what the level of interest is before they commit to the idea and they've asked us to help out. So whatever your opinion on the matter, please go to our poll and vote, and we'll send the results on to the park.

We will of course let you know if the park decides to do the tours.
