Spinball, Flume, Rapids and Will

Park News
Friday, 2nd April 2004 By Dan Ketteringham

Here is a round up of the latest news at the park.

Yesterday, enthusiasts' hopes for a single rider queue on Spinball Whizzer were realised. If you are a single rider, you may go up the exit of the ride and wait for a seat. Please note that groups will, however, always be split up.

The Rapids are now working again, after the incident 2 days ago where a component on the Congo River Rapids broke off and floated downstream.

The long-anticipated Power Shower has been installed on The Flume.

And finally, Alton Towers are in talks with Will Young's Management to hopefully arrange a concert for mid June/July, soon after the BT event.
