What was it?

1980–1986

It was situated at the lower end of Fantasy World, in about the same area as where Oblivion now stands.

The ride was removed in 1986.

Simply, it was two narrow asbestos channels in which the rider would sit in a wheeled sled, and pretty much run down the channel with little or no control over your sleigh.

The sleighs had brakes which the rider could use to come to a stop at the end of the channel - however, there were also cushioned pads at the end just in case, though hitting them at full speed would hurt a fair bit!
