The simplest way to get cheaper entry tickets is to book online in advance with Alton Towers.
However, every season there's some form of promotional offer for Alton Towers, either a newspaper, supermarket, or a popular brand. These usually take the form of BOGOF (buy one get one free) vouchers.
Our advice is to use these promotional offers rather than attempting to buy tickets through eBay or similar re-sale site. The reselling of tickets is against the terms and conditions of entry at Alton Towers, and tickets have and will be cancelled if the loss prevention teams have found any auctions. Do not risk being turned away for buying cancelled tickets.

Merlin Annual Pass for £50 in Clubcard Vouchers

Redeem your points by calling the telephone number on the Nectar website. 500 Points are worth £5 off your Annual Pass, but you must spend a minimum of 7000 points (£70). You'll get a letter which you then take to the Annual Pass office at Alton Towers.

Friends and Family discounts for Merlin Annual Pass holders
If you are a Merlin Annual Passholder, you can save on tickets for friends and family by booking 24 hours in advance of a visit on 08444 77 44 44. Currently, prices are £23.00 for Adult tickets and £18.40 for Children (under 12 years of age). Passholders must collect tickets from the booths at the left of the turnstiles.
